Interviewees Simply Can’t Answer

Jefferson says he has a specific strategy to filter out those who can be part of his company. That’s why he uses insane questions. No one knows the questions, and Jefferson refuses to tell anyone – because that would ruin the point of them being impossible to answer. He keeps them a secret to the end. But at least he does give his reasoning behind using this tactic on his interviewees. He says that one’s ability to elaborate on an answer they know nothing about and do it intelligently gives him a good idea about that person’s personality. It shows how easy that person will be to train later!

Bad Reactions to the CEO’s Questions

CEO Jefferson shares his tips and tricks for success on the social platform TikTok, but people are not as impressed as he is with his tricky questions to find potential workers. One viewer comments that it says a lot about the type of boss Jefferson will be in the long run if he sets up his people to fail from the beginning. Another flat-out said that Jefferson would not be a good boss to work for at all.

Some say his methods are too cruel, and he should at least give people some credit for trying to answer the tough questions. But Jefferson is successful and proud of his method!
